Most of the professionals and executives we place have a background in Program Management, Account Management or Engineering with 10 or more years experience and speak Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Spanish. Here are the services which we provide: -Function as a member of your staffing team -Identify professionals with the specific qualifications you are looking for -Conduct 1st interview with the candidate to determine if they are qualified -Determine candidate’s level of interest and salary requirements -Provide candidate with position and company information to encourage interest -Submit candidate dossier to company -Facilitate scheduling of phone or virtual interviews and site visits -Negotiate terms of offer on behalf of the company with candidate while maintaining candidate’s enthusiasm resulting in the of acceptance of the offer package while maintaining candidate’s enthusiasm -Check references upon request -Assist with administration of the relocation package when applicable
