We prefer to handle a lump sum agreement with our customers, i.e.; A fixed amount per month over a fixed period, item! No additional calculations over hours and / or other declarable issues! Just an invoice over the term of the project, the rest (if any) is our case. We are also willing to take into account the overall project responsibility, including liability, as managing contractor. Please note, this does mean that our involvement at a very early stage of the project is desirable given contract management is a significant scope of the whole. The advantages of this are, in particular, that you do not have to interfere as a customer; You ask, we’ll run it all the way. Managing and completing projects to the satisfaction of our customers is what we stand for. Unfortunately, worldwide projects often ends up in a debacle, simply because projects are not led by the right motivations. In most cases, an intern is sought for the project, but unfortunately someone is motivated but not knowledgeable.
