Ltd. of China (the Developer consortium) is developing a coal based thermal power plant consisting of 2 units each of 660MW generation capacity (referred as ‘’Project’’) through SS Power I Limited (SSPL), a special purpose vehicle (SPV or Project company) at Paschim Gandamara upazila, Banashkhali district, Chittagong in Bangladesh.
