Utah Navajo Health System, Inc., started in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation providing medical, dental, and health care needs for rural communities in southeastern Utah. Given the rural location and the medically underserved population we serve, UNHS is proud to have 5 clinic locations that are federally designated Community Health Centers.
Financial viability and operating efficiency are propelled by our 500 dedicated employees.
UNHS offers state-of-the-art radiology diagnostic imaging using the latest Seimens radiography equipment. Or providers had 80,000 patient visits last year. Our Dental department of 20 dentists, seven dental hygienists, and 35 assistants is ready to care for all your dental care needs. We have in-house counselors and therapists, along with traditional Navajo counseling. We operate three pharmacies, mobile dental, mobile mammo, EMS, Non-emergency transport, chiropractic care, optometry, a food market, lab diagnostics, and two domestic violence shelters.
