We started out as NZ Inspection Rentals Ltd as a specialist protective coatings and corrosion testing equipment rental business located in New Plymouth, New Zealand. NZIR was formed in May 2004 to service the major petrochemical industries. In 2009 we added full time protective coating and corrosion management consultancy services to the business, and since then have continued to expand the range of industries that we work with. These include large industrial partners; oil and gas (both offshore and onshore); energy generators; commercial building construction and remediation; major infrastructure assets such as bridges and wharves; councils; marine; plus many more.
