Clairmont Presbyterian Church is a community of faith that seeks to know Jesus Christ and to make him known to others. For almost sixty years, God has been at work in, through, and around us to reach people with the transformational message of the gospel. In its early years, when our church location was still considered an outer suburb of Atlanta, Clairmont grew exponentially along with the growth of the city. In more recent years, with the many dramatic shifts in the culture around us, we have tried to make sure that what we do connects directly to the lives and experiences of those around us. From a strong foundation, Clairmont is leading the way into the future where denominational loyalty and church programming are becoming less important and relational ministry, networking, and outreaching mission put us fully into the movement of God's work in our community. This requires us to be flexible and open to new ways of doing the work of the church and participating in community. One thing that hasn't changed is our passion for Christ and the solid foundation of his Word. Clairmont is a "Missional" church that sees mission as foundational to all that we are about. We aren't all that interested in being an organization or an institution - we want to be a vibrant community of Christ-followers moving out together on His mission.
