The socio-economic development needs of our world are complex and varied. Disadvantaged communities desperately require skills development and capacity building interventions that provide self-sustainability in their homes, finances and life in general. Many people are poor or marginalised because they don’t have the education or required skills to access formal employment opportunities.
It is our belief that entrepreneurship is a crucial part of the solution to poverty alleviation, job creation and economic growth as it empowers people to start their own income-generating small business, enabling the transformation of individual lives and whole communities.
Our heart is to serve through showing compassion to people in need. This has motivated us to seek ways to provide relief from their economic poverty through entrepreneurship, mentoring and empowerment.
We provide business training in local community venues and on-going coaching as the graduates start their own business. This unique training experience is used to reach poverty-stricken communities so that they can grasp the basics of business.
