Chapman Design Group, Inc. is a 5 person firm that specialize in the architecture, renovation and interiors of fine homes located in South Carolina & Georgia. Our residential projects total more than 300 and range in size from 1,500 to 15,000 square feet. Whether the project is to be situated on a very small lot or vast acreage, we pride ourselves in designing homes that reflect the clients’ needs, desires & budget all while expressing their personality. Because of our success in designing private homes for clients, many relationships have been developed giving opportunities for us to design a variety of other types of projects that include: office, hospitality, religious, multi-family, governmental, as well as adaptive re-use. We are proud that over 50% of our projects have been produced for repeat clients.
