Voltage Control was founded by Douglas Ferguson, a facilitator, educator, and former CTO passionate about collaborative leadership and innovation across product development, team dynamics, and organizational learning. He is the author of four books: Magical Meetings, Beyond the Prototype, How to Remix Anything, and Start Within. He also publishes a weekly podcast called Facilitation Lab.
