Whole Life Consultants Ltd is a spin-out of the University of Dundee. Founded in 2004, it focuses on contract research and consultancy, specialising in labour forecasting, productivity improvement, whole-life costing, sustainability assessment, and risk-based asset management. The company has seven staff members, mainly with PhDs, including civil, mechanical, and architectural engineers and computer programmers.
