With over 43 years experience in the industry, Mr. Koch has designed plumbing and mechanical systems for high rise, hotels, gaming facilities, restaurants, theaters, conference centers, schools, health care, office buildings, local, state and federal government buildings, retail and light industrial spaces. We consider our Client’s goals, and operation and maintenance requirements in selection of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Low Voltage systems. We use proven systems and reputable products. Our design services utilize AutoCAD drawings and REVIT modeling. DGKA has also been involved with several successful Silver and Gold LEED Green Building Projects. DGKA offers expert engineering services to Clients interested in personal, quality services provided by experienced personnel. We pride ourselves on responsive team member and client communications, first-rate drawings, and attention to detail. Our Clients interface directly with Mr. Koch, Mr. Sampson, Mrs. Martinez and Mr. Caballero, all who have substantial experience in the industry. We prefer simplified temperature lighting controls and energy management systems and consider maintenance access in our designs.
