The previous firm of Leavy, Frank & Delaney, LLC (formerly Leavy & Frank, LLC) was founded in 2000 as a result of a partnership between Edward N Leavy and Adam Frank. Brendan Delaney joined the firm later that year, and became a partner in January 2009. Since 2000 the firm has concentrated in the representation of foreign born nationals with their temporary and permanent visa applications on a company, individual, and institutional basis. We work extensively with scientists, researchers, physicians, professionals at international organizations, and those involved in international relations, and other socio-economic fields.
