FGBU "National Medical Research Center of Oncology named after. N.N. Blokhin »The Ministry of Health of Russia is the largest oncological clinic in Russia and Europe, one of the largest oncological clinics in the world, which has in its arsenal the latest equipment and all the advanced methods of diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
Our goal is to continuously improve the quality and accessibility of cancer care. To achieve this goal, we are working to improve the organization of medical care and the introduction of the latest technologies.
The structure of the center includes five divisions:
Scientific Research Institute of Clinical Oncology named after N.N. Trapeznikova;
Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology;
Scientific Research Institute of Clinical and Experimental Radiology;
Research Institute of Carcinogenesis , which includes 16 laboratories;
Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Diagnosis and Tumor Therapy , which includes 15 laboratories.
For more than half a century, the center has accumulated a vast experience in the treatment of cancer patients. This experience, as well as a combination of clinical and fundamental institutions, allows the center to occupy a leading position in domestic and world oncology.
Currently, more than 3,500 people work in the center, including 5 academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 7 corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 89 professors and more than 200 doctors of science.
The center provides high-tech oncological care daily at the level of the world's best standards, using for the rescue of patients many innovative, including unique technologies.
