Pathway, The Placement Cell of RLAC, makes the ends meet by helping its students get placed into their dream companies. Pathway is comprised of assiduous and diligent scholars and teachers who go the extra mile to ensure the success of the right candidates. Over the years, we have hosted recruiters like Byju’s, Amazon, TCS, American Express, PayTm, Accenture, IBM India, EY, KPMG, Kotak Mahindra, Genpact, AON Hewitt, UrbanCompany, and among many others and have helped students get into their dream company through placement drives and internship fairs. As our name suggests, Pathway, a team of 50+ students, aims towards building avenues for students to find their ideal jobs. Not only do we show students the path, but we are also concerned about walking them through it. Regular seminars and workshops prepare students for interview processes, along with Annual Internship and Placement Drives which provide them with the opportunities to put these skills to successful use. Over the years, the Cell has been able to help over 700+ students get placed. In 2022 itself, over 50 companies came to our college and recruited students. We were also able to help 142 students get an internship through our Annual Internship Fair.
