The Management Information Systems Association (MISA) is a student organization associated with the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia. Our mission is to provide students with opportunities for professional growth in the business technology industry, allowing them to discover their passion within MIS and gain an edge in today’s rapidly changing job market. MISA provides students with the opportunity to network, grow professionally, and gain insight into the business technology industry by hosting workshops, case competitions, and large-scale networking events with top-tier companies. By working together with industry firms like yours to provide students with high-caliber events, MISA also provides you with an exclusive look at the future leaders of tomorrow’s technology management industry – your future employees. Most notably, MISA has paved the way with our annual signature networking event – MIS Connect. We have been recognized by the SFU Business Administration student body as the two-time “Rising Star” award winner for the positive impact our events have made on students.
