Immigrant Hope – Santa Barbara offers honest, low-cost legal advice & services regarding the U.S. immigration processes in a safe and caring environment. We have a staff of accredited representatives and volunteers that will meet with you to understand your situation. We will help you understand your options and, if able, carefully guide you through the process you are applying for. 
Consultations cost $30; if we are able to take your case, the cost of the consultation is applied to your case fee. 
All case information is confidential. Immigrant Hope-Santa Barbara is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is Recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) to offer immigration legal services.
