We are a direct seller/servicer to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and hold direct endorsement capablities with FHA/HUD as well as being a VA Automatic lender. Gateway is also an approved Ginnie Mae Issuer. We offer in house origination, processing, underwriting, closing, funding, and servicing of a variety of first mortgage and construction loans.
