Oak Leaf Manor Communities are owned and operated by Charles and Fran Lefever and their daughters Lynette and Alexis Trout. For convenience their quality personal care is provided in Millersville (across from Elizabeth Martin Elementary School) and in Landisville (just west of Centerville Road). The Lefever and Trout families believe in being community service minded and in being a valuable resource and information center for area seniors and their families. In October they will open their second 40 bed memory support care unit; Friendship Place at their Millersville location.
