Youth Unlimited Inc., is a Oregon based foster care agency founded in 2016 by it's CEO April Johnson, M.P.A. Our goal is to increase the number of certified African American foster parents and provide homes in which our youth can prosper, receive the treatment they need, and improve their abilty to manage the trauma of being separated from their families.
