Liberty Staffing began in the summer of 1999 in Cambridge. In 2000, Liberty Staffing opened its Kitchener office. 2001 was a busy year, seeing the London, Guelph, and Woodstock branches open. The Stratford branch opened in 2003. We presently have 6 branches across Southern Ontario. Liberty Staffing provides customized, flexible and permanent staffing for industrial and office based businesses. We provide five delivery systems for staffing: Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, Permanent Recruitment, Management Fee, and On-Site Management. OUR MISSION is to provide uncompromising, personalized, flexible staffing through an efficient and affordable delivery system. To continuously improve client and assignment employee satisfaction, while providing a learning environment for our internal employees. OUR PHILOSOPHY Liberty Staffing takes the time to fully understand both our clients requirement for people, and the unique logistics that might be needed in delivering these requirements. We spend hundreds of hours serving our clients. We try to see our clients every week or bi-weekly to ensure satisfaction and to provide the necessary caring to meet the demands of the client. OUR GOAL Liberty Staffing provides care and attention to each step of the flexible staffing process to ensure that both our assignment employees and our client companies are satisfied with their experience. Continuous improvement and re-enforcement of our Staffing Quality System allows new value added services and custom processes to further enhance our staffing logistics system.
