Founded in 2013, La Tortilleria is a traditional Mexican Tortilla bakery producing authentic corn tortillas and tortilla chips. Our products are used by top chefs and sold in independent grocery stores across Australia and Asia-Pacific. We also have an iconic restaurant in Melbourne serving up authentic Mexican street food.
We make our award-winning tortillas from scratch using the same traditional method indigenous Mexicans have used for millennia. We cook, soak overnight and stone mill our own wholegrain Australian-grown corn, and bake our tortillas fresh. This is corn tortillas as they should be: natural, preservative free, gluten free, local, non-GMO, vegan and contain only two ingredients: corn & sea salt.
