Duqm Development Company was established in April 2010. DDC is a subsidiary of ASYAD Drydocks. ASYAD Drydock Company (ADC) is one of the biggest and most modern ship repair yards in the Middle East. Located in Duqm, in the Al Wusta region of Oman. ODC was established in September 2006, by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and its part of ASYAD Group. DDC is principally engaged in tourism, commercial and real estate development, rental or sale activitie with focus on Duqm area.
