The New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NJCASA) is the statewide voice for the countless survivors of sexual assault and their loved ones. We represent the 21 county-based Sexual Violence Programs in New Jersey, plus the Office of Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance at Rutgers University.
NJCASA's mission is to promote the compassionate and just treatment of survivors and their loved ones; foster collaborative relationships between community systems; and affect attitudinal and behavioral changes in society as we work toward the elimination of sexual violence against all people.
Since its inception in 1981, NJCASA has been acting as an advocate for survivors and their loved ones statewide, while providing information and education to the public, media and government officials regarding sexual violence issues. NJCASA is dedicated to developing and maintaining programs and services which
support our mission of eliminating sexual violence throughout New Jersey and its communities.
Each Sexual Violence Program offers free and confidential services to all survivors regardless of age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, or financial status. To learn more visit www.njcasa.org
