Comprehensive HIV/Aids Management Program is a not for profit organization based in Zambia that focuses on the implementation of HIV/Aids Programs. CHAMP was established as a not for profit organisation in 2002, to respond to the growing need for corporate HIV / AIDS programmes withing Zambia. Initailly CHAMP focussed on private and public sector organisations workplace policies and programmes, giving particular emphasis on care, support and access to treatment. After working with key businesses within the country, a strategic and innovative model was developed that was then used as a baseline for other business partners. CHAMP started with an initial staff of 2 and with its success has grown to a team of over 70 staff.
