Roger Industries Limited (formerly Roger Exports) is a family-owned and operated business established in 1979 as a leather upper export unit. Towards the end of the 20th century, Roger grew exponentially into a complete fashion footwear manufacturer and exporter with a capacity of over 2 million pairs as of 2023. Roger Industries is led and run today by women and men of all three generations of the family.
