“CCASPL” (Chatterjee Cleaning Arts Services Pvt. Ltd ) was formed as “M/s Cleaning Arts “ in the year 1992 at Kolkata. It was the brainchild of its MD, Mr. Debtosh Chatterjee. Viewed from the perspective that India was a closed economy till 1991, CCASPL may be considered as one of the pioneers in the trade of Upkeep Management in India and especially in East India. By 1998, the company had increased its bouquet of services to cover Integrated Pest Management, Payroll Management and specialised Floor Care. By 2000, CCASPL had extended its flanks to the West India. It opened office in Mumbai, the commercial capital of the country. This was also the start of the remote area management which has been the reason for the growth of the organization. In 2002, we opened our branch office in South India at Bangalore. In the same year, we started our North India operations from Kanpur and one year later from Delhi, the national capital. As on date, the company is spread all across India with coverage of 26 states and more than 500 locations. It provides Facilities Management, Housekeeping and related services to more than 175 customers in more than a 1100 premises. The company is a member of the Association of Indian Cleaning Industry (AICI) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
