The Queensland Mental Health Commission drives reform of the mental health and alcohol and other drugs systems in Queensland.
Our job is to encourage and facilitate change to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all Queenslanders, with a focus on:
• improving mental health and wellbeing
• preventing and reducing the impact of mental illness
• preventing and reducing the impact of problematic alcohol and other drug use
• preventing and reducing the impact of suicide.
We actively seek the views and experiences of people with a lived experience to help shape the reform agenda. The collective effort of all stakeholders is essential to bring about reform and better outcomes for all Queenslanders.
