Fischer & Wieser is a family-owned and operated specialty food manufacturer located in Fredericksburg, the heart of the Texas Hill Country. In 1969, Mark Wieser started selling jams and jellies from a roadside fruit stand in front of the family farmstead. A decade later, Case Fischer, a dedicated worker on the farmstead and a recent grad of Texas A&M, partnered with Mark to expand their current offerings.
Today, Fischer & Wieser is a national award-winning specialty food company that offers over 150 products that include condiments, pasta sauces, soups, meal starters, marinades, cooking sauces, pie fillings, and internationally inspired recipes.
The 85,000 sq ft SQF Level 2 facility specializes in hot-fill, shelf-stable products that are manufactured in Fredericksburg, TX. Fischer & Wieser is well known for award-winning unique recipes that include the expertise of recipe creation, hand-roasting, and use of high-risk allergens.
Products can be found throughout the United States and globally under the Fischer & Wieser, Mom’s, Four Star Provisions, Stick and Tine, and Fredericksburg Fudge brands.
The original family farm continues to thrive and has expanded into a food and wine destination known as Fischer & Wieser’s Farmstead, including a cooking school, tasting room, guest houses, distillery, and more.
