We are a bespoke care provider intending to finish setting up in the near future. Our aim is to provide an individualised support package beyond the average person-centred care plan, for vulnerable adults in Leeds who have had traumatic pasts and wish to live in the general community rather than secure institutions. We place a strong emphasis on Positive Behaviour Support to put the individual at the heart of everything, made possible through our Positive Behaviour Support specialists.
