Since inception, Prime Finance has invested in over $70 billion of debt on more than 7,100 assets throughout the US including the origination of more than 680 loans totaling over $20 billion on more than 1,100 assets. We focus on floating rate, non-recourse bridge loans ranging in size from $10 to $200+ million with origination teams in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York that provide financing solutions across the commercial real estate spectrum.
