E. B. White General Contractors is a Commercial Construction, Renovation, Repair and Maintenance Company with a combined 45 years of construction management and building maintenance experience. Emily worked for Verizon over 24 years.  The last 14 years she served as Senior Facilities Manager in the Global Real Estate department where she managed nearly 60 stores for the Southeast Area Retail Channel.  While in this role, she opened over 30 retail stores, decommissioned over 25 retail stores, and completed over 6500 reactive and preventive work orders annually.  Emily's experience includes facility management, project management, vendor management, disaster recovery, preventive / scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and daily reactive repairs.  David started his construction career while serving our country with the US Naval Mobile Construction Battalion, or what is commonly known as the Navy Seabees.  After Honorably serving four years with the battalion, he spent the next 20 years as a Construction Superintendent. The past 10 years he has been in Project Management where he has successfully completed hundreds of interior renovations and tenant build-outs of various sizes and complexities including; Office Renovations, Dental Offices, Medical Offices, MRI / CT / X-ray facilities, Flex Space, Industrial, and Manufacturing Renovations. Together, with such a broad range of knowledge, they have merged their talents and created a company that provides a full range of services to their clients throughout Middle Tennessee.
