The Peter Drucker Society Europe (Drucker Society Europe or PDSE) is a nonprofit organization that seeks to advance a critical, international dialogue between management practitioners, academics, and other stakeholders relative to the ideas of Peter F. Drucker (1909 – 2005), the Austrian-born American management consultant, educator, and author.
In support of this mission, the PDSE pursues two strategic initiatives: (1) the Global Peter Drucker Forum (Drucker Forum or GPDF) and (2) the Global Peter Drucker Challenge (Drucker Challenge or GPDC):
(1) The Drucker Forum is an international management conference held annually in Peter Drucker's home city of Vienna, Austria. Often hailed as the "Davos of Management", the GPDF has become one of the leading management conferences in Europe. Learn more: http://www.druckerforum.org/
(2) The Drucker Challenge is an international essay competition held annually, in conjunction with the Drucker Forum. The GPDC is open to students (bachelor, master, and doctorate) and young professionals who are between 18 – 35 years old (inclusive of both ages). The Drucker Challenge topic is announced each spring and the submission deadline is fixed at 15 July at 16:00 CET (Vienna time). Learn more: http://www.druckerchallenge.org/
