Focus is the most important higher function of the brain’s frontal lobes. Focus allows us to access our higher thinking processes and helps us to prioritize and to achieve goals. This elusive skill underpins and supports every other technical, professional and life skill. BrainFocus is designed by David Hesketh, a neuroscientist and career educator who is the owner and founder of the BrainFocus Centre. David holds degrees in Biological-Psychology (BSc Hons) and in Neuro-Medical Science (MSc).
