College Housing Northwest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to helping students succeed through affordable housing, supportive communities, impactful services and meaningful employment. Our units average 15% below market rate, we minimize barriers to entry to ensure communities in need have access to housing, and we guide students through every step of the rental process to educate and equip them for the future.
