Our Genetics laboratories test 50,000 genetic samples on average a year making the centre one of the largest in Europe as well as managing more than 12,000 clinical genetic referrals each year.
With a multi-million research budget, the Trust’s research has global impact and is the fourth largest acute hospital recruiter for clinical trials and is an international centre for education.
