Legacy Hotels remains fiercely independently minded and proud of its entrepreneurial and flexible approach to ensure a close alignment to its owners objectives. • Since its establishment, Legacy Hotels has operated and supported some 100 plus hotels and leisure assets across the UK, Jersey, Southern Spain, North Macedonia, and Sweden representing a little over 6,500 guest rooms. • Now widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading third-party management companies Legacy Hotels has built a solid and proven reputation across the investor, banking, and advisory community as both a hotel operator and developer of internationally branded assets and independently positioned properties. • The equity in the business is 80% owned by founders Andy Townsend and Jim Gordon with the balance owned by Haider Jaffer a fellow director, client, and investor.
