ALUDESIGN is a leading specialist with 20 years of experience in aluminium die-casting and mould construction. Over 350 active moulds and over 50 active customers, including: Wilkhahn, Kinnarps, Nowy Styl, VS, Sedus, K&N, Bene / Bentley, BMW. ALUDESIGN has two manufacturing plants: own tool plant and foundry (16 casting machines from 320t to 1,350 closing force). ALUDESIGN is a contract manufacturer (for OEM) - all from one source: • CAD/CAM designing and mould construction, • aluminium profiles with the weight of 0.1 to 16kg, manufacturing series from 250 per year to 120,000 per year, • CNC processing (4- and 5-axle) • surface finishing of any type of elements (raw, grinded, powder-painted, polished, chromium), • packaging (rotating, collective and single-packaging) • dedicated transport all over Europe. ALUDESIGN sells its products in Western Europe and Scandinavia. Export amounts to 95%. It holds the following ISO certificates: 9001 / 14001 / 18001.
