The Protestant University of Central Africa is a BILINGUAL HIGHER Institution located in Yaounde, the capital of Cameroon. It host 4 faculties, offering Bachelors, Masters and Phd degrees. The faculties include: Faculty of Social Sciences and International Relations, Faculty of Protestant Theology and Religious Sciences, Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies Faculty of Health Sciences. The institution offers up to date classes, practical courses with current events and a traditional approach to teaching. Students have the possibility to choose from various fields of studies offered by the various faculties and their departments. The Protestant University of Central Africa has 14 departments which are: Under the Faculty of Protestant Theology (FPTRS), we have; The Department of Biblical Sciences, The Department of Systematic Theology and Ethics, The Department of Practical Theology The Department of History and Religious studies. Under the Faculty of Social Sciences and International Relations, we have: The Department of Peace and development studies, The Department of Information and library Sciences, The Department of Translation and Interpretation, The Department of Peace Journalism IS OPEN ONLY for the Masters level. The Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies host the various departments which are; The Department of Computer Sciences Engineering, The Department of Electronic Engineering The Department of Telecommunications Engineering. Lastly, the Faculty of Health Sciences has the following departments The Department of Clinical Biology, The Department of Sanitary and Public Health Engineering The Department of Nursing. Admission is gotten through a competitive Entrance examination and the study of files depending on the area of study and INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS are ELIGIBLE to apply as well.
