It is in this same approach that we value, around our olive oil, the productions of our friends craftsmen of our land that is the Gargano, a natural park in the South of Italy at the entrance of the Puglia region.

olio di serra : it is an extra virgin olive oil from an authentic land, with perfect traceability. French-Italian and producers, we have been cultivating our family olive groves for 4 generations in our home village, Serracapriola, located in the heart of the Alto Tavoliere area.
We manage from Serracapriola and our structure in Lyon the whole production chain in Italy (cultivation, harvesting and processing) as well as the distribution in Europe, South East Asia (bottling, storage, product marketing, omnichannel marketing on the premium gourmet market).
The village of Serracapriola and the Gargano region in general represent an authentic and unique agricultural land enriched by an Adriatic maritime microclimate. Our olives are among the first to ripen in Europe, at the beginning of October, and are recognized throughout Italy for their exceptional organoleptic qualities.
We practice a reasoned and careful agriculture, and a respectful harvesting of our trees: each parcel is harvested every other year. We process every day, a few hours after the harvest, in a modern mill with the latest standards. Unfiltered, bottled semi-manually under vacuum, sublimated by a glass bottle anti UV, without preservatives, without coloring or taste enhancer.
