Sanchez Engineering Services – SES provides Building Information Modeling (BIM) in REVIT and MicroStation coordination by providing with the highest quality 3D modeling services to our clients. We provide fully coordinated three-dimensional BIM/REVIT & MicroStation drawings by running clash detections between the architecture, structure, fire protection, electrical, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing disciplines. These services provide you the opportunity to identify coordination problems between disciplines, thus reducing any changes needed prior to construction and avoiding costly re-work in the field. SES also provides 4D and 5D services. The 4D is the scheduling files from Microsoft project or Primavera is linked to the construction sequencing in the 3D modeling and simulate the logistic movement, construction progress and dynamic clashes in a video that help us identify potential issues.
