The Golden Eagles Association was built for the support of USA Rugby 7s athletes to support players in their development on and off the field of play. Through the associations CARE program (Career Advancement, Rugby Enhancement), we support athletes career ambitions outside of elite level rugby alongside their commitment to training, competing, and medaling at future Olympic Games; while simultaneously helping to grow the sport within the United States.
