Jake grew up in the real estate world working with his father who was the broker, owner, and trainer of his own investment company.
Jake started his career in the building business as an Architectural Designer in 1986 and as a General Contractor in 1990 working throughout Northern Utah. An example of one of his most esteemed projects is The Deer Valley Club, in Deer Valley, Utah.
In 2000, Jake designed and built a home for the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association (NWHBA) Parade of Homes; nine more of his custom builds would be featured in the Parade over the next eight years. Over his extensive career, Jake has been part of more than 500 residential and commercial builds as well as repositioning residential and commercial properties.
In 2013, Jake moved to San Antonio, TX where he planned and delivered highly sought-after training sessions for real estate investors with a company producing $75 million in annual revenue.
Jake moved back to Utah near the end of 2017 where he has been working on multi-family, commercial and residential projects in different areas of the country.
