Oscar Gruss & Son Incorporated traces its roots back to 1918. It was in Poland, at the end of the First World War, that a young Oscar Gruss opened an office in the city of Lviv to trade in foreign currency. Following this simple formula for success, the firm quickly grew to a staff of over fifty employees in both offices in Lviv and Warsaw, in the short span of a few years.
