Founded in 1893, Family and Children’s Services continues to provide a wide array of innovative and quality child welfare, behavioral health and family services to children, youth and adults of all ages. FACS services are designed to build on individual and family strengths, to address specific problems and provide clients with life coping skills to enable them to go on to lead more productive, healthier lives.
