DERlab (European Distributed Energy Resources Laboratories e.V.) is an association of over 30 research institutes and companies working in the field of smart grids and distributed energy generation. DERlab develops joint requirements and quality criteria for distributed energy resources (DER) and their integration in the main grid.
The association offers testing and consulting services for smart grids and grid integration of DER, thus supporting the transition towards more decentralised power systems.
