Synex Renewable Energy Corporation is a public company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange since 1987. Synex is an independent power producer which owns 12 megawatts of hydroelectric capacity in British Columbia, primarily on Vancouver Island. On January 1, 2021, Synex acquired all of the shares of Sea Breeze Power Corp. which consists of 3,700 megawatts of wind licenses.
