The mission of Sister Carmen Community Center (SCCC) is to provide assistance to residents of East Boulder County who are in need, without discrimination.. Sister Carmen Community Center is East Boulder County’s only comprehensive Family Resource Center and has been serving the community for over 40 years. We are a 501(c )(3) non-profit organization with no religious affiliation. Our services available fall under three main programs: Nutrition & Healthy Living, Individual & Family Advocacy, and Children’s Services.
