TCC (Tri-County Community Action, Inc.) is a non profit organization serving the low income population of Crow Wing, Morrison and Todd Counties. TCC's programs include Head Start, Early Head Start, Housing, Transportation and Auto Loans, Loans and Saving Opportunites. TCC's mission is " TCC engages the entire community to listen to and partner with low income individuals and families to expand their opportunities to move out of economic poverty and towards prosperity."
