Our business is 2 pronged. We have a number of Merchandise Licensing Agreements under which we conceptualize, design and create new product and bring it to market. We also act as distributors for a number of companies who recognize our unique and advantageous positioning within Canada. Since we are well positioned in the Canadian market, we also distribute licensed, patented or otherwise protected products.
