UNITS Franchising Group is seeking to add a candidate to join our Franchise Development team.
The primary purpose of this position is to recruit new franchise owners into the UNITS franchise community.
Several indicators of success include: maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads, self-starting without need for excess supervision, outgoing, ambitious and success oriented, very committed to achieving and EXCEEDING assigned goals and objectives.
This position is a phone-based, consultative and relationship driven sales position.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicating the features, functions and positioning of the UNITS franchise opportunity and helping prospects recognize the unique opportunity our brand offers.
Meeting personal business goals, by month, by quarter and annually.
Following a disciplined sales process designed to maximize results.
Improving the speed and direction of prospective franchisee’s decisions by sharing perspectives on reality, identifying options, and building consensus on a path forward.
Focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
Utilizing strong, active listening skills in looking to build trusting relationships with existing franchisees and prospective franchisees alike.
Using systems, tools and processes to manage business objectives, anticipate and identify issues.
Creating alternative approaches in overcoming prospective franchisee’s objections.
Evaluating and recommending business strategies to generate new franchise sales.
Following legal and standard operating procedures at all times as set by the Company relating to franchise development and transfers.
Specific Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent sales experience.
Previous franchise experience, preferred.
Proven history of sales and development success
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
Strong verbal skills.
